Grown by smallholder farmers at 900–1,590 M, these Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varietals thrive in clay mineral soil. Fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds, this coffee preserves clarity, sweetness, and vibrant flavor.
