At Grungeswag, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@grungeswag.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected on your account.
