A vibrant single-origin coffee from the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee itself. This medium-light roast showcases tasting notes of milk chocolate, ripe fruit, and caramel, delivering a lively yet smooth cup with natural sweetness and depth.

Grown by smallholder farmers at elevations of 1,700–1,900 M, this coffee is made up of indigenous heirloom cultivars rooted in rich Nitisols soil. Processed using a full natural method, the cherries are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds, allowing the fruit character to fully develop while maintaining clarity and balance.
