Chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple notes highlight this coffee from smallholder growers in Chiapas and Oaxaca. Altitude 900–1000 M, clay mineral soil, fully washed and sun-dried. Varieties include Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra.

Bali Single Origin – Medium-Dark Roast
Rich dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar notes from smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali. Altitude 1200–1600 M, volcanic loam soil, hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds. Varieties include Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor.
